Summary

In order to apply Microsoft Conditional Access policies to a macOS device, it will need to be registered with Azure Active Directory.

Steps

You must be logged into your macOS as yourself to use this process. 

  1. Log into the MacBook.
  2. Open Self Service.

  3. Click Home to display the Featured software in Self Service.

  4. Click the Register button to begin the Register with Azure Active Directory process.

  5. The Company Portal will launch and then sign in with your district credentials.

  6. If are currently signed in to Microsoft Azure your account name may be filled in automatically.  If your account name is correct click it and select continue.  Otherwise, use the + button to add your account.

  7. If your account is not automatically found sign in with district credentials

  8. The Company Portal will begin the process of registering with Azure.  Once this step is complete click Done.

  9. After clicking done, Jamf Conditional Access will prompt to sign in.  Click Continue.

  10. Click Continue to accept the certificate.

  11. Safari will request access to you Keychain.  Enter in your password and click Always Allow.
  12. Click Continue to acknowledge that you are signing into the User Registration app for Device Compliance.
