Work Instruction
- Order Records Transfer form [INS-F013] from Market Direct Storefront #450210. (Digital Storefront)
- Fill out top portion of the form completely.
- Fill out bottom portion according to which records have been sent both physically and electronically by putting check marks next to the record type.
- Attach white top sheet by paper clipping or taping to the front of the student CML folder. Do not staple.
- The yellow sheet may be kept for senders records.
- Send completed sheet affixed to CML folder to the Student Records Department, or an in-district school via in-district office privacy mailer.
