Due to a high ticket volume and a mailbox sending limit from Microsoft, new ticket confirmation e-mails have been temporarily turned off. This means when a ticket is submitted for most services in the service desk, an e-mail confirmation of that request will not be sent to the customer. Tickets can always be checked from within the "Your Tickets" button on the Service portal.
In addition, some other e-mail communication may be delayed when being sent through the service desk.
Once ticket volumes return to normal or we find an alternate solution, new ticket notifications will be resumed.
